The 14-day Cleanse Program Overview:


PHASE ONE: PRE-CLEANSE PREP (2 DAYS)
The Pre-Cleanse is about making the commitment setting your intentions,
shopping for cleanse friendly ingredients, and beginning to ease your body
into the full cleanse, mentally, emotionally and physically.

PHASE TWO: CLEANSE (7 DAYS)
During the Cleanse you will follow the simple elimination diet plan and
body practices.

PHASE THREE: RE-INTRODUCTION (5 DAYS)
In the Re-Introduction phase you will re-introduce foods back into your diet
one by one to identify food sensitivities and intolerances and create a
maintenance diet that best serves your unique body.

I am a certified Holistic Health and Life Coach. I am certified through the Health Coach Institute, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and am recognized as a non-prescribing practitioner.
I live in beautiful Southern Oregon, and am a mother to three active children. I have a passion for the outdoors, organic gardening and art.
I practice. holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I investigate with my clients how all area of life are connected. Health and wellness is a symbiotic relationship between all areas of life. I am committed to guiding anyone looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing. I have systems to support those seeking weight loss, and conditions such as diabetes, and adrenal health.
My approach is to not operate from a system of deprivation, but rather from a mindset of what is going to increase overall vitality. I work with my clients to reveal ways to live their best lives through nutritional guidance, finding movement they enjoy, creating a system around these components to bring vitality into their lives.
Together I work with clients to uncover their health and life goals, and create a system in achieving them. As we work together, I provide a source of accountability and support to meeting their goals!

When does the program start?
A new 14-Day Cleanse Group starts every 1st and 15th day of the month.
What detox symptoms can I expect? Am I going to be able to function normally at work?
In a well designed cleanse program such as this one, you need not feel like crap, but you will likely experience some symptoms. Afterall, you are detoxing! If you are experiencing strong, unpleasant symptoms, it may be an indication that your tissues are releasing toxins faster than your eliminating organs can excrete them.
Will I lose weight on the cleanse?
Typically participants shed weight and establish a good foundation to make healthier choices to maintain or continue weight your weight loss if desired.
Can I exercise during the cleanse?
Yes, exercise is encouraged. Sweating is a healthy way to support detoxification. Just listen to your body's signals about how much to engage in.
What if I "cheat" on the program?
That's why it's so important to have the support and accountability of a coach to help you anchor into your goals. You'll also have the support of your cleanse community.
